Finalmente ocurrió lo que gran parte del mundo esperaba: Fidel Castro renunció al poder.

En el año 50 de la Revolución Cubana, el máximo jefe y dictador de la República de Cuba presentó su renuncia irrevocable, aclarando que no aceptará una nueva "reelección". A continuación un extracto de su carta:

A mis entrañables compatriotas, que me hicieron el inmenso honor de elegirme en días recientes como miembro del Parlamento, en cuyo seno se deben adoptar acuerdos importantes para el destino de nuestra Revolución, les comunico que no aspiraré ni aceptaré- repito- no aspiraré ni aceptaré, el cargo de Presidente del Consejo de Estado y Comandante en Jefe.

Queridos compatriotas:

Les prometí el pasado viernes 15 de febrero que en la próxima reflexión abordaría un tema de interés para muchos compatriotas. La misma adquiere esta vez forma de mensaje.

Ha llegado el momento de postular y elegir al Consejo de Estado, su Presidente, Vicepresidentes y Secretario.

Desempeñé el honroso cargo de Presidente a lo largo de muchos años. El 15 de febrero de 1976 se aprobó la Constitución Socialista por voto libre, directo y secreto de más del 95% de los ciudadanos con derecho a votar. La primera Asamblea Nacional se constituyó el 2 de diciembre de ese año y eligió el Consejo de Estado y su Presidencia. Antes había ejercido el cargo de Primer Ministro durante casi 18 años. Siempre dispuse de las prerrogativas necesarias para llevar adelante la obra revolucionaria con el apoyo de la inmensa mayoría del pueblo.

Conociendo mi estado crítico de salud, muchos en el exterior pensaban que la renuncia provisional al cargo de Presidente del Consejo de Estado el 31 de julio de 2006, que dejé en manos del Primer Vicepresidente, Raúl Castro Ruz, era definitiva. El propio Raúl, quien adicionalmente ocupa el cargo de Ministro de las F.A.R. por méritos personales, y los demás compañeros de la dirección del Partido y el Estado, fueron renuentes a considerarme apartado de mis cargos a pesar de mi estado precario de salud.

Era incómoda mi posición frente a un adversario que hizo todo lo imaginable por deshacerse de mí y en nada me agradaba complacerlo.

Más adelante pude alcanzar de nuevo el dominio total de mi mente, la posibilidad de leer y meditar mucho, obligado por el reposo. Me acompañaban las fuerzas físicas suficientes para escribir largas horas, las que compartía con la rehabilitación y los programas pertinentes de recuperación. Un elemental sentido común me indicaba que esa actividad estaba a mi alcance. Por otro lado me preocupó siempre, al hablar de mi salud, evitar ilusiones que en el caso de un desenlace adverso, traerían noticias traumáticas a nuestro pueblo en medio de la batalla. Prepararlo para mi ausencia, sicológica y políticamente, era mi primera obligación después de tantos años de lucha. Nunca dejé de señalar que se trataba de una recuperación "no exenta de riesgos".

Mi deseo fue siempre cumplir el deber hasta el último aliento. Es lo que puedo ofrecer.

En breves cartas dirigidas a Randy Alonso, Director del programa Mesa Redonda de la Televisión Nacional, que a solicitud mía fueron divulgadas, se incluían discretamente elementos de este mensaje que hoy escribo, y ni siquiera el destinatario de las misivas conocía mi propósito. Tenía confianza en Randy porque lo conocí bien cuando era estudiante universitario de Periodismo, y me reunía casi todas las semanas con los representantes principales de los estudiantes universitarios, de lo que ya era conocido como el interior del país, en la biblioteca de la amplia casa de Kohly, donde se albergaban. Hoy todo el país es una inmensa Universidad.

Párrafos seleccionados de la carta enviada a Randy el 17 de diciembre de 2007:

"Mi más profunda convicción es que las respuestas a los problemas actuales de la sociedad cubana, que posee un promedio educacional cercano a 12 grados, casi un millón de graduados universitarios y la posibilidad real de estudio para sus ciudadanos sin discriminación alguna, requieren más variantes de respuesta para cada problema concreto que las contenidas en un tablero de ajedrez. Ni un solo detalle se puede ignorar, y no se trata de un camino fácil, si es que la inteligencia del ser humano en una sociedad revolucionaria ha de prevalecer sobre sus instintos.

"Mi deber elemental no es aferrarme a cargos, ni mucho menos obstruir el paso a personas más jóvenes, sino aportar experiencias e ideas cuyo modesto valor proviene de la época excepcional que me tocó vivir.

"Pienso como Niemeyer que hay que ser consecuente hasta el final."

Carta del 8 de enero de 2008:

"...Soy decidido partidario del voto unido (un principio que preserva el mérito ignorado). Fue lo que nos permitió evitar las tendencias a copiar lo que venía de los países del antiguo campo socialista, entre ellas el retrato de un candidato único, tan solitario como a la vez tan solidario con Cuba. Respeto mucho aquel primer intento de construir el socialismo, gracias al cual pudimos continuar el camino escogido."

"Tenía muy presente que toda la gloria del mundo cabe en un grano de maíz", reiteraba en aquella carta.

Traicionaría por tanto mi conciencia ocupar una responsabilidad que requiere movilidad y entrega total que no estoy en condiciones físicas de ofrecer. Lo explico sin dramatismo.

Afortunadamente nuestro proceso cuenta todavía con cuadros de la vieja guardia, junto a otros que eran muy jóvenes cuando se inició la primera etapa de la Revolución. Algunos casi niños se incorporaron a los combatientes de las montañas y después, con su heroísmo y sus misiones internacionalistas, llenaron de gloria al país. Cuentan con la autoridad y la experiencia para garantizar el reemplazo. Dispone igualmente nuestro proceso de la generación intermedia que aprendió junto a nosotros los elementos del complejo y casi inaccesible arte de organizar y dirigir una revolución.

El camino siempre será difícil y requerirá el esfuerzo inteligente de todos. Desconfío de las sendas aparentemente fáciles de la apologética, o la autoflagelación como antítesis. Prepararse siempre para la peor de las variantes. Ser tan prudentes en el éxito como firmes en la adversidad es un principio que no puede olvidarse. El adversario a derrotar es sumamente fuerte, pero lo hemos mantenido a raya durante medio siglo.

No me despido de ustedes. Deseo solo combatir como un soldado de las ideas. Seguiré escribiendo bajo el título "Reflexiones del compañero Fidel". Será un arma más del arsenal con la cual se podrá contar. Tal vez mi voz se escuche. Seré cuidadoso. Gracias

Muchas personas en el mundo se hacen a la idea de que la renuncia de Fidel Castro facilitara cambio alguno para los Cubanos de la izla, Fidel junto a su hermano Han creado en la cupula de poder una infraextructura que permitira mantener el regimen por mucho mas tiempo incluso despues de la muerte de los castro, la cupula en no permitira cambios donde ellos mismo no sean los que permanescan el el poder, la opocicion Cubana en miami y el gobierno de Estados Unidos no comprenden que hasta tanto no se proponga un proceso de trancicion en Cuba que tenga en Cuenta la pocicion en que quedaria esa Cupula de poder, estos ultomos mantendran la imagen viva de los Castro para mantener su pocicion y continuar enriqueciendo mas sur arcas, Cuba no es Rusia, muchas de las nuevas jeneraciones de Cubano no apollan el cambio en Cuba por que nadie le deja claro cual sera su condicion despues del cambio, los de miami quieren regresar y ocupar lo que un dia les pertenecio y los que estan se preguntan ? que sera de nosotros? de nuestros hijos y nietos? que sera de los miles y millones de cubanos que hemos nacido y crecido en este regimen hemos sufrido cada minuto aqui dentro de Cuba y queremos el cambio en nuestro pais? Esta cuestion es un arma para los castristas y que utilizan como mucha fuerza por lo medios Cubanos de la izla, a los ninos le pasan animados donde superman llega repartiendo goma de mascar y sacandolos de las escuelas por que tienen un dueno que esta en miami esperando el cambio, y lo ninos se preguntan donde estudiaremos? asi miles y miles de persona tanto en el campo como en la ciudad, escuchan las preocupaciones de los Cubanos de miami, quien se quedara con esto o con aquello, quien sera el precidente o el ministro, pero nadie habla de lo que pasara con el 75 por ciento de la poblacion negra que vive en Cuba, con los que nada tienen y esperan una oportunidad. Hasta que no se piense en estas personas que son las que hoy apollan el regimen, no habra cambio alguno en la izla y la plaza de la revolucion siempre estra llena cuando el regimen los cite, pero de lo que estoy seguro es que ellos tambien quieren cambios, por que y soy uno de ellos.

honestamente es triste la situación precaria de ese país... un país que era una isla llena de encanto y pudo ser explotada para el turismo y para el bien de sus ciudadanos... Lamentablemente el destino cruel.. disfrazando a un dictador de socialista engaño a todo un pueblo y lo ha hecho padecer por anos.. ojala sea posible que el nuevo presidente tuviese conciencia y reflexionara ayudando y otorgando a la ciudadanía una esperanza de vida digna... aunque lo dudo..

Esta bien que se expresen pero deberia ser sin grocerias eso que ustedes colocan no provoca ni leerlo merecemos respeto los lectores. Para leerlo necesitamos palabras inteligentes para poder reflexionar si no se toma como que no vale la pena. Los que estan en el poder son los que mandan ahorita por lo tanto si quieres que no gobiernen mas pues o revocalos o convence a los que siguen a esos lideres que no valen la pena seguirlos peo tienen que probarlo, para mi este gobierno ha hecho a mantenido el precio del dolar, ha mantenido el precio de la gasolina, lucho contra el desabastecimiento y ahora consigues lo que quieras en el supermercado, en fin para mi si ha hecho incluso esta tratando de cambiar el pensamiendo del que me importa los demas paises señalando con enfasis de que si se meten con otro pais se meten con Venezuela combatiendo con los demas paises e uniendose para no ser exclavos de la deuda externa. Es todo.

i want to write my autobiography for you. i hope you believe me. my name is kaveh .i was born in one of northern coast cities of Iran. from my childhood i have been eyewitness some of organized crimes about us. I want to hint some of them. I notify all of them have guided by a few persons in final analysis. unfortunately a lot of persons praise evil forces as their god. you can not find them easily ,because they have satanic power.they are followers of demon.the mention persones have been from last years. but some of their crime is following:
1- to blind my father by satanic wayes and torture him for years.in finally the satanists kill him.
2-to make lost one of my brothers in war times.it was enigma.he was lost for 25 years.
3-to madden my other brother.he was not crazy. he was accepted in tehran medical university with excellent grade.regarding his hometown culture he was similiar other iranian people. his main problem was his sexual standard.if he had sex relation with female ,his breakdown recoverd considerably.but the satanists prevented his progress and they sicken and madden him deliberately.he was very clever in school. but the satanists increase his fainting considerably.they want to perform their filthy schemes skilfully.they were intended to excruciate his family espesially his parent by him on the one hand and hinder his developement on the other hand.he had excruciated his parent a lot for years.and he tainted our family environment and hinder our natural living.he was confined to bed in mental hospital several times.my parent were very simple and they suffered a lot from him.and they were agonized by him. The psychiatrists have increased his mental fainting.it is enigma!although he was not mad,he was faint and his weakness was been impressed exogenous factors(I mean because of Satanists penetration to my family,… environment).again I notify a lot of persons in iran have been praising demon forces as their god.as a matter of fact they worship satan.the Satanists have inflicted some of calamities to us and polluted other persons mind.at that times his marriage and his sexual intercourse could relax him considerably,but other persons used sinister ways in order to his cure!his psychiatrists were ignorant and they didn’t understand his complex and they madden him.he was not crazy relative other Iranian people.i protest them a lot. I belive on the Satanists would sacrifice some of my family and they have used very filthy schemes in order to performance their diabolic intentions.and it returned to last years(before of iran revolution).also some of Satanists assert the roots of catastrophes about us return to my high school times,but they want to restrict their crimes to a certain era.and I don’t accept their claim at all. in recent years the satanists sicken him too. it seems in near future he will sacrifice too.
4- to torture my mother by several instruments.once by imposition of calamities to us(1,2,3,...),once through my brother(3),once by sicken her. (the diabolists madden my brother.his mental order had hurted remarkably and he was fighted with my parent and excruciated them a lot). in finally she was martyred in very shocking conditions after long years.damn to satanists.my mother was symbol of plain, vivaceous,self sacrifice,suffer,...
5-to devalue my personality from my adolescence times in order to annoy me and,..in recent years the satanists have repeated their filthy scenario about me.when i was studying in isfehan unversity(one central city in iran)i had recieved my okay about my marriage with a girl from kashan in isfehan province.but my marriage trend have prolonged for seven years. the satanists always say me my marriage clarify after my brother sacrifice merely.from that times i have been eyewitness some of disasters about us. the Satanists have asserted the origin of clamities about us return to my highschool times. but they want to restrict their crime to a limit era.i said some of calamities had happen before of it. Although the roots of calamities about us return before of iran revolution,but most of them have incarnated after it unfortunately.of course not from my high school times but before of it! they say me irony :come on drink tea(it refer to tea cermony in hongkong).in meanwhile they have asserted that want to test us.some of them confess they annoy us.i guess my marriage trend extend for two years later unfortunately.i saw miss kashani in two places.isfehan university dormitory and munition cooperative located in pasdaran avenue in tehran. In recent years they repeated their disgusted ways in my office environment on pretext to test us!and finally they used very filthy ways in order to debase my personality and other sinister plots. They had shame quarrel one another and they devalued my personality.damn to them!they said me regularly that I am visionary and liar!?they had been angry from me,because I had discovered roots of calamities about us and my information could disgrace them and they couldn’t continue their satanic works anymore easily.some of them said irony that they would sacrifice all of my families through satanic ways! again I declare to discover their works is not easy and perhaps impossible.
but why satanistes have targeted us? it returned to last years.i mean at pahlavi dynasty era.one of my uncle was monarchist. at 28 coup times he was killed by one of his opponents predeterminedly.his killer fleed to canada and continue his studying . killed was a young boy.when killer return iran ,he employed in isfehan medical university as professor.my other uncle complainted him.but was not effective. he decieded to retaliate. and kill him.this matter reflected in pahlavi medias.on the other hand my father had religious relations with founder of islamic government(i mean imam khomainy).iran have been a lawless country from ancient times.this factors was main core of forming disasters to us afterward.my father was a traditionalist and plain person.
although the roots of forming organized crimes returned to before of iran islamic revolution,but most of them have incarnated after of it. for example my parent martyrdom,.... some of satanists have declared i am visionary and all of my claim is false.and my parent had natural death.but you find easyly they sacrificed by ampul injection and the satanists sicken and tourtured them for years.some of satanists said irony they are koran martyrdoms(koran is muslims religious book).they declared my parent ,... had exposed divine ordeal!this is a satanic ideology.also in recent years i have recieved bad news about be sacrifice some of my kins and relatives.their death was very suspicious.but satanists declared they had natural death.i expect you waken your consciences.you judge yourself.unfortunatly a lot of persons have satanic idea about mankind in iran,... you can not discover them at all. because they are monster really.some of them intend to continue their filthy schemes about us in future. they indirectly have said they want to massacre all of my family,... through diabolic ways.but i am very cognizant and vigilant. i disgrace them and i will not permit them they continue their filthy plots.also the performance my marriage is similiar to passing mine field and the seven adventures of rustam(the famouse hero of shahnameh of ferdosi).
regarding my conditions my marriage is very urgent and emergency.it has priority to other factors and it is not alternative at all except my immigration to overseas.my marriage is similiar to football and soccer games unfortunately.some of expert persons claim my marriage is like as iran reveloution(1357),moon rising,..iranian leaders rebirth.but what is my scales for selecting a ladylove(wife,..)?i love adolescents(espesially14),belle,kind,progressive,vivacious,musicians,lovely,cute,pleasant,...,nymphet,...girls. i love foreigner girls a lot!
in the name of my mother i end my autobiography temporary.i expect you reflect reality in your media and you publish facts.your cooperation can wipe out all of satanists in any forms,masks,ideologies,...from earth scene.

pardon me. i want to notify some of people frankly and impudently have asserted all of my claim is lie and futile and i am visionary and liar. they claim my parent had natural death.they denied my claim. for example they said me no one made blinded my father and he blinded naturally. this is a vivid lie.or my mother had died normally. damn to this assertions .fortunately i am very noble and cognizant.and i have disgraced satanists.i feel honour myself.because i have shown terrible dimensions of crime about my parent. i extoll them because of their innocences. i think this filthy crimes about humans have not had precedence in your countries.some of heartless persons impudently declared :we can not to fight with god!?spit to them. as a matter of fact they worship satan as their god. i will not forgive imposings of calamities about us at all.unfortunately evil forces have been lived from last years ago. i mean in pahlavi dynasty at least in iran. i expect you show satanists and you introduce them to whole persons. all of them must to be punished. you must to know the satanist are ultra skill to kill and tortures others ,... nobody can discover their filthy schemes. i said the satanists madden and sicken one of my brothers and it seem he be sacrifice in near future.why? because they wanted to torture my parent a lot, by hand of my brother and other hand they intended to hinder his development and kill him professionally. they embody monster and satan.they made lost one of my brother in war times. i want to prove we had targeted of satanists from last years ago. at least from my childhood i have been eyewitnessed their filthy plots. but i was not informed at that times.with passage of time my cognition have increased a lot.the satanists have said me my marriage will clarify after killing one of my brothers merely. i have tolerated seven years in order performance of it and i have missed my parent in very shocking conditions(and relatives too).my personality have devalued. why?the evil forces have diverted my marriage to soccer and it is like to passing mine field.they have declared that would test us! i expect you judge about them fairly. waken your consciences. the satanists in new forms have intended to annoyed us on futile reasons( to test us ,to divert my marriage to tea cermony in hongkong,...).even they have threaten me to massacre all of my family skilfully.they have accused me to lie and daydreaming.then they claimed that they intended to annoy me on pretext to test me! what is your opinion?are they human?
